We got great value for our money at Jw Marriott. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the stunning beach. The staff treated us like royalty, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

We had an amazing time at a stunning beachfront resort with a lovely layout. The pool was outstanding, with options for all ages. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a beautiful bathroom. The staff was friendly, efficient, and always willing to assist. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, from Asian cuisine to a full English breakfast. The on-site restaurants provided excellent dining experiences, particularly the Japanese restaurant and the beach bar.

The beach bar staff could have been more attentive in clearing the dirty cups and plates, as they were left out for extended periods of time.

During my 7-night stay at this beachfront resort, I had the opportunity to unwind and relax after spending time on the Similan dive cruise. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful bright blue water and soft sand. The hotel had a range of delicious restaurants to choose from, offering both Western and Asian cuisine. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, including an egg station and freshly squeezed fruit juices. The rooms were renovated and had majestic views overlooking the entire property. The staff was attentive and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The pool, stretching for 1.9 km, was a masterpiece and kept immaculately clean.

The bathroom in my room had a stained marble floor, which was a minor issue.

The food was truly outstanding with a fantastic selection available at breakfast, and unlimited food at the buffet night. the room was authentic to the culture and comfortable with enough storage space. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

We were not impressed with the reception staff's unprofessionalism on arrival. We had no idea about the hotel's late check-in policy, and thus had nowhere to freshen up after a long flight.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional. the service was top-notch and the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was a tranquil haven and the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation. the location advantages were unbeatable, with direct beach access and stunning views.

The only minor issue was the hidden cost of service and tax, which made the hotel seem overpriced. It was not immediately transparent and caused confusion during check-out.
