The basic amenities in the rooms, including a separate sink and a perfect bed with air conditioning, are well-maintained. The rooms also offer a balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the included breakfast has a variety of options, and the fried rice is particularly delicious.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with several other nicer properties in the area. It is really close to Kata beach, which is perfect for a relaxing day in the sun. You can easily take a tuktuk to go to patong beach if you want to explore a livelier area. The room is spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The staff provides excellent service, always friendly and willing to help. The breakfast offers a variety of options and the pool is clean and inviting.

The walk to the beach is not very pleasant, as it passes alongside a stagnant river that smells of sewage.
