Incredible location, staff were super friendly and helpful, awesome bar/lounge area, rooms were nicely decorated, and free Wi-Fi and large selection of TV channels.

During my stay at Katesiree Residence, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and spacious rooms. The recently refurbished interiors were clean and well-maintained, providing ample space to relax. The large queen size bed was super comfortable, and the room had a coffee table and chairs for added convenience. The shower had fantastic water pressure, and the flat-screen TV with cable channels was a nice touch. The hotel's in-house restaurant served delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices. The wifi in the rooms was excellent, ensuring I could stay connected. Additionally, the location was ideal, with many popular attractions within walking distance. I had a great experience at Katesiree Residence and would definitely recommend it.

I had a great value for money at Katesiree Residence. The room was spacious, clean, and had a touch of luxury. The location was excellent, with easy access to nightlife, markets, and the central shopping center. The staff, including the owner, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement.

We stayed at a lovely residence in Pattaya. The room maids were friendly and the staff overall was decent, although they could learn a thing or two from the maids. The location was great, right on Soi Bukhao. The lobby and bar were open 24 hours, perfect for enjoying English football. The food was delicious and the staff, especially the night staff, were incredible. We felt safe despite being on a busy street with bars and clubs nearby. There was no noise disturbance from the music and there were plenty of shops within a minute's walk. It only took us 7 minutes to walk to Central Festival and there were shops along the way. The beach was a 15-minute walk away and our room had a large safe for our belongings. The daily room cleaning, 2 bottles of water, and wide selection of English channels on TV were all great perks. The shower was decent and there were clothes hangers for washing.
