The hotel is really comfortable and clean, just made you feel like it is your home. The staff is friendly and approachable, providing great service. The location is perfect for what we wanted, as it is quiet but close to everything we needed.

The wifi was incredibly reliable, which was a huge plus. The staff was friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel called Cat House for a few days. The hotel is situated in a quiet location, just a 15-minute walk from Tha Pae Gate. The family room was exactly as shown in the photos, with two windows, two comfortable beds, and a spacious balcony where we could relax and dry our clothes. We were pleased to find a big wardrobe and a mini bar for our convenience. The water heater in the bathroom was amazing, providing hot water in just 1 minute. The owner of the hotel was truly amazing and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. She even arranged a taxi for us at 5am to catch our flight. She offered various trips and amenities such as a washing machine. The hotel's central location meant that everything we wanted to explore was within a 10-minute walk. I would definitely choose to stay at Cat House again if I ever return.

During my Christmas stay in Chiang Mai, I really enjoyed the clean and well-maintained rooms at this hotel. the bedding was comfortable, and it was great to have a balcony to relax on. Additionally, the hotel's location was a key highlight, as it was within walking distance to various amenities such as restaurants, convenience stores, and even motorbike rentals. It made it convenient for us to explore the area and enjoy the local attractions.

One thing that could be improved is the language barrier. the staff at the hotel had difficulty communicating in English, which made it a bit challenging to get assistance or ask questions.

The room we were assigned was a converted shop, located between a busy restaurant and a loud hairdresser. the sliding glass doors opened directly onto the laneway, with motorbikes passing just meters away.
