The staff works hard to entertain guests, especially children. There are lots of activities for kids, including pools and attractions like go-karts and a cable car. The rooms are spacious and WiFi is reliable. The breakfast is very good, making it a great place for a family getaway.

We had a decent New Year's Eve experience. the fireworks were amazing, and the decorations were lovely. Our room was also quite cozy, and the view of the mountains was breathtaking. the staff was prompt in fulfilling our requests and the daily cleaning service was always well-done.

The food options were limited, and the taste was underwhelming. the location was also quite far from any town or city, which made it difficult to explore on our own.
