The beach was clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing. the breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious food. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms had a strong smell of mold, which was unpleasant. the spa massage room also had a similar smell.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The location is excellent, right on a beautiful and clean part of the beach. The facilities are well-maintained, with a spacious bungalow that was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

I recently stayed at the Paradise Resort & Spa in Koh Chang for a wonderful holiday with my two kids. The location is excellent, with a beautiful beach just steps away. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially to my children. They even surprised my son with a birthday cake without me telling anyone! The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of delicious dishes. The pool was fantastic, and there were plenty of chairs and beach beds on the beach. it was a perfect stay and we will definitely come back!

The resort has a fantastic waterpark for both kids and adults, with close proximity to the beach. The breakfast options are great and offer plenty of variety. The beach bar is top-notch, with friendly service and reasonably priced drinks. we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and plan on returning in the future.

I recently stayed at a resort in Koh Chang for four nights and had a fantastic time. The staff were amazing, from the helpful luggage porter to the friendly restaurant staff. The hotel is situated right on the beach and has two pools overlooking the ocean. The restaurant and bar offer delicious food and drinks, and there is even a BBQ and live music show in the evenings. The beach is perfect for long walks or runs, and the breakfast spread was impressive with a wide variety of options. an excellent place to stay for a few days.
