the location was stunning, with a beautiful private beach that was difficult for non-guests to access. the cottages were gorgeous and instantly made me feel like I was on vacation. the food at the restaurant was top-notch, especially the breakfast. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I can't thank the resort team enough for making my week here so blissful. From organizing scooters to boat trips, the manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. the beach was perfect during high tide, and the sunsets were absolutely spectacular.

We had a fantastic time at Koh Jum Resort! The highlight of our stay was the delicious lunch we had at the resort's restaurant. The food was top-notch and exceeded our expectations. The beautiful tropical setting made the meal even more enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

The resort's location was beautiful, with lovely gardens and great views across to Phi Phi. The food was simple yet well prepared and presented, and fairly priced. The room exceeded our expectations with its charm and solid wood walls. The staff was kind, helpful, and demonstrated thoughtfulness towards guests. There were multiple wifi connections throughout the resort and the cleanliness was excellent.

The location of this hotel is simply breathtaking. Nestled on a hillside amidst the lush jungle, you'll feel like you're in your own private paradise. And if that's not enough, the hotel is also right on the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the crystal-clear waters.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic.

The resort was nice, clean, and relaxing. the staff was awesome and the food was excellent, as were the cocktails! the rooms had beautiful views and could hear the surf. the mid-range superior bungalow even had a bath by the window. it was a great place for downtime, and the presence of fireflies added to the charm.

The location of the resort is stunning, situated on a beautiful beach where you can relax and enjoy the views. There is also an evening restaurant by the beach, allowing you to dine with a picturesque backdrop. the resort is surrounded by a tropical forest, providing opportunities to spot monkeys.

The communication with the staff was sometimes difficult due to their limited grasp of English.

The view from the room was breathtaking and the beach was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure our needs were met. We also enjoyed the free use of the kayaks to explore the area, a great way to pass the time.

The cottage we had was too basic for the price we paid. It lacked necessary amenities such as a place to hang our clothes, and the mosquito nets needed replacing.
