Koh Tao Heritage Hotel, Ko Tao (Thailand) - Deals & Reviews

We recently stayed at a new hotel near Sairee beach. The location was great as it was away from the main road and far enough from the loud bars for it to be pretty quiet, with the exception of one or two chickens. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and good shower pressure. The staff were friendly, and they provided fresh toilet paper and water bottles daily. Plus, there was a nice restaurant right across the street.

Although the hotel was new and clean, the pool facilities were up the road, giving it more of a hostel vibe than a hotel atmosphere.

The ground floor family room had new aircon, a buffet-style breakfast, friendly staff, and was close to the public beach. The big balcony, bright room, large bed, spacious bathroom, and coffee/tea station were a delight. Laundry was done within 24 hours, there was a free pier shuttle, and overall, the hotel provided a pampering experience.

During my stay at Koh Tao Heritage, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided. The receptionist, Nancy, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even allowing us to check-in early after a rough night on the nightferry. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with a spacious bathroom. The hotel's location was convenient, with nearby restaurants and a beautiful beach just a short walk away. I was also impressed by the hotel's pet-friendly policy, as they warmly welcomed our little dog. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the restaurant and amenities being closed and the late arrival of morning coffee and water, I would still highly recommend Koh Tao Heritage for its exceptional service and comfortable accommodations.

The room at Koh Tao Heritage was spacious and comfortable, providing a great retreat after a long day of exploring. I was impressed with the complimentary bottled water and the free daily shuttle service to and from the pier. The hotel's location near Sai Ri village was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

We had a small issue with the A/C in our first room, but the staff at Koh Tao Heritage quickly switched us to a new room. Thankfully, the King Room with Balcony and A/C was absolutely beautiful! The room was spacious, well-decorated, and had a stunning view of the green mountains. We also loved how convenient it was to have pick-up services to and from the pier. Being just steps away from Sairee Beach was a bonus, and we enjoyed exploring the area. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for its modern, clean, and spacious rooms.
