We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was super clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The facilities were top-notch, offering luxuries that other hostels don't have. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room and the convenience of having a 7/11 right next to the hotel. The location was perfect, being close to Aonang beach and just a short tuktuk ride away from the heart of all the action. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel so welcome, and we really appreciated the complimentary tuktuk rides and the refillable water station. this hotel provided great value for money and we wish we had moved here sooner!

I had a great stay at this hotel in Krabi. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always making sure I felt welcome. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were super comfy. I also loved that there were coffee making facilities in the room. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated on a hill with a beautiful view. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, making sure there was something for everyone.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to the beach and all the action. You can easily take a tuk-tuk or taxi to get to the beautiful sandy beach down the road. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds that ensure a good night's sleep. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. The breakfast, although a bit repetitive, is delicious and satisfying. Moreover, the hotel offers great facilities such as a swimming pool and free shuttle services to the beach.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved.

The hotel had two complementary snacks in the room and a bottle of water. the location was great, just a short walk away from the beach. the hotel also had a nice garden and swimming pool where I could relax after a long day of work.

The noise level was extremely high at this hotel, even during the night. I could hear music and partying from other guests in the adjacent rooms.

The room at Kokotel Krabi Oasis was cozy and spacious, with modern decor. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the big TV and great WiFi connection added to the enjoyment of our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodated our request to change rooms due to noise from a neighboring guest. The free mini bus transfer to Kokotel Ao Nang made it easy for us to get to the beach and back. We also appreciated the water refill stations throughout the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations in several areas. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the level of service and attention to detail provided. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thirdly, the basic amenities provided were top-notch. The rooms were equipped with super comfy mattresses and even had coffee-making facilities. I particularly appreciated the option of having either two single beds or a room with a balcony. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was truly delicious.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any major issues.

We had a fantastic stay at Kokotel Krabi Oasis! the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always there to assist us. the hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a lovely interior and comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the peaceful and serene pool area. the little welcome notes in our room added a personal touch to our stay. one of our favorite hotels in Krabi! We would definitely return here in the future.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were always smiling, chatty, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. The hotel premises were fairly new, and despite some minor construction issues, the staff's warm welcome made up for it. the comfortable king size bed and the delicious breakfast were definite highlights of our stay.

One downside of the hotel was its location, which was a bit far from the center. This meant we had to rent bikes or walk if we wanted to explore the area.

We had an amazing stay at a new, modern hotel with a comfortable and clean room. The staff at Kokitel was incredible - very friendly, welcoming, and spoke perfect English. We really appreciated the big windows in our room, which offered a beautiful view of the cliffs. The king-size bed and big TV added to our comfort. The breakfast was delicious and the nearby restaurants, like Bussaba Thai, were a convenient option. Despite the out-of-the-way location, the hotel provided a transfer service until 4 pm, making it easy to explore Ao Nang.
