the staff at Kokotel Phuket made me feel right at home, and I loved their refill glass bottle idea. the hotel had comfortable and modern rooms, a beautiful pool, and it was conveniently located near the beach, market, and various restaurants. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is brand new with modern facilities and good value for money. Environmental awareness with re-usable water bottles and water dispenser. Pool area is amazing with lots of sun loungers. Great location for a quiet stay, with a quick and easy walk to a beautiful beach. Nearby shops and massage options, short walk to restaurants. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

The beds were extremely cozy and the rooftop pool was my favorite spot to hang out during New Year’s Eve. I appreciated the fact that the hotel was eco-friendly, providing reusable glass bottles and water dispensers. the location was perfect as it was close to the beach and airport, making it easy to get around. the hotel offered two complementary facts that made my stay even better.

The breakfast was a bit of a letdown as the food wasn’t hot and the selection wasn’t great. It felt like we paid way too much for what we got, but luckily we could pay at the desk if we decided to eat.

We had a truly amazing stay at Kokotel. the hotel facilities were beautiful, and we were lucky enough to stay in a pool room with our own private pool right outside our balcony. the rooftop pool was also stunning and well-maintained. the room itself was spacious, and we loved the large shower and good water pressure. the daily cleaning service was great, and having a fridge in the room was convenient. the staff were extremely helpful and made our stay even better. the location was fantastic, with the beach and restaurants only a 2-minute walk away. It was the perfect place to relax before our flight the next day, especially since the airport was just a 3-minute drive away with a taxi service conveniently located across the road. the breakfast had a good mix of Thai and Western food, and we appreciated the water dispenser in the hallway for refilling our bottles.
