Excellent staff, competent & very helpful , good varied breakfast, convenient & comfortable location in town center, old world charm with polite uniformed staff, fun local social life experiences.

During my stay at Kosa Hotel & Wellness Center -Sha Certified, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire place. The hotel enforced mask-wearing in public areas and provided hand sanitizer for staff and guests, which made me feel safe. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with excellent water pressure. The location was convenient, as it was close to the eating and drinking district. Despite some minor hiccups, I found the overall experience pleasant and would recommend the hotel to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was great, with a small shopping center nearby and a bar street just a short walk away. It was really convenient to have shops and other amenities so close by.

We experienced some noise disturbances during our stay. On certain nights, the volume of music from nearby establishments made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel is located near a lively bar street, perfect for those looking for a vibrant nightlife experience. Moreover, it is easy to get to the airport and the surrounding area. The hotel has easy access to a shopping center, making it convenient for guests. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a clean, large bathroom. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious Thai-style dishes.

Some parts of the hotel could benefit from a revamp, as they appear a little dated.

During my Xmas holiday, I stayed at a hotel that had a great breakfast buffet with over 20 hot items to choose from. The hotel was conveniently located near a shopping mall which was very convenient for me. I enjoyed the large bathroom in my room which was a bonus.

The hotel had some downsides. The wifi was quite slow and required multiple log-ins which was frustrating, and there were some maintenance issues in the swimming pool area.
