Our honeymoon stay in a pool access room with spa jets was absolutely amazing! The room was spacious with a powerful shower and comfy bed. Walking straight into the pool was mind-blowingly unique. The hotel provided us with a beach bag, mat, and towels. The location was superb, nestled in a quiet street yet close to shops. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, including the two large pools which were surprisingly underutilized. It was conveniently situated near the beach and within walking distance to stores, cafes, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. The free wifi, excellent tour support, and discounted trips were all jaw-droppingly good. They also had a nice poolside snack bar and a relaxing massage salon. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, clean rooms, great location, and various amenities.

The room lacked charm and had a noisy air conditioning unit. There were also ants inside the room, which was quite frustrating.

I had a fantastic stay at a great hotel in Ao Nang. the room at Krabi La Playa Resort - Sha Plus was spacious, modern, and clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. I loved the pool access and the spa outside on the balcony. the hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast had a good variety of foods, including fresh fruits, local dishes, pastries, and more. the location was also convenient, with a 7Eleven and the lively center of Ao Nang just a short walk away.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to restaurants and shops. the amenities provided were also nice, especially the swimming pool which was clean and inviting. A plus was the complimentary breakfast which had a good variety of options to choose from. It was also nice to have fast and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

The staff was not very attentive or helpful. They were often disorganized and unable to address issues or answer questions.
