During our stay at Lady Naya Villas, we were impressed by the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The pool was clean and ideal for both swimming laps and relaxing. We appreciated the convenience of ordering local street food through the Grab app. The transition from a room to a villa and back was seamless. The villa with its own pool provided a peaceful retreat for those seeking quality time with family or friends. Additionally, having a Dolce Gusto coffee machine in the room was a delightful bonus.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, pool access, quiet location. Helpful with parking and arrangements. A motobike is recommended for shorter walks.

The rooms are modern, clean, and equipped with amenities such as a Nespresso machine for a quality cup of coffee. The resort offers a refreshing pool and a relaxed, homely atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast that can be ordered through WhatsApp and conveniently delivered to their villa.

It would be beneficial if privacy curtains were provided in the bedrooms for added comfort.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise! the staff is exceptional, always ready to accommodate your every need. the outdoor swimming pool is clean and has sun loungers right next to it, perfect for relaxing. the spa center is amazing and the leisure/TV room offers a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. the room I stayed in was spacious and had exclusive amenities, such as a private outdoor dining area and a snack bar. I enjoyed the in-room breakfast and the restaurant serves fantastic food with fantastic service. I loved the location advantages, very peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend staying here!

the sun terrace could use some improvement, other than that, this hotel was perfect!

The staff were exceptional, accommodating, and helpful. The pool was clean and great for laps or relaxation. Convenient to order local street food. Villas had all necessary equipment and facilities. Grounds well-kept, with 24-hour security. Breakfast brought to villa. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

The service at this hotel was outstanding! the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met during my business trip. the location was convenient for exploring the local shops and restaurants. the room was also nicely decorated and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The noise level around the hotel was a bit high and made it difficult to focus on work at times. the plastic usage for breakfast and coffee was a bit excessive for my liking.
