During our recent stay at Laguna Grand Hotel & Spa, we were delighted with the beautiful grounds and the inviting pool area. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and had a great layout, providing us with all the comfort we needed. The bed and pillows were perfect, ensuring a restful night's sleep. But what really exceeded our expectations was the dinner at the hotel. The food was exceptional, with perfectly cooked dishes and excellent service. our experience at Laguna Grand Hotel & Spa far surpassed what we had hoped for. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

We decided to spend our New Year break at a resort in the south of Thailand. the resort was near the beach with amazing views from the room. the room was modern and spacious, and the facilities were great. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious.

There were a few things we didn't like about the resort. the room we stayed in was not properly maintained, and some of the features we paid for were not operational, such as the jacuzzi bath tub.

This hotel is a luxurious and well, maintained venue. I was impressed by the exclusive amenities and the comfortable rooms with complete toiletries, including a robe. the king, size bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows and fresh linens. the outdoor swimming pool was well, maintained, and there were plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas to relax in the garden area. the restaurant had a good selection of food, with plenty of options from dim sum to fried chicken.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of consistency in service from the staff. Although they were friendly and accommodating, they seemed untrained to tackle some minor issues.
