We had a fantastic stay at the Lavender Hotel in Patong. the location was perfect, just a short walk to Patong Beach and all the hot spots. the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the rooms were beautifully designed, with comfortable beds and the added convenience of a fridge. We loved the option of having a room with a balcony, which offered a nice space to relax. It was great to have amenities like restaurants and convenience stores within easy reach. As a solo traveler, I always felt safe at the hotel. our experience was excellent and we would definitely book here again.

Great service upon arrival

During my recent stay at Lavender Hotel, I arrived earlier than expected and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received from the manager. He allowed us to store our bags and even provided us with a free room to rest in until our check-in time. This display of generosity and hospitality really made a positive impression on us.

This hotel was a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location was very central, being close enough to walk to the city center but far enough to escape the noise of Bangla Street. The rooms were cleaned daily and we were provided with free bottles of water every day.

I had a great experience at the hotel. the beds were comfortable, and the wifi was reliable. the location was perfect for getting to Bangla Road easily without needing an expensive tuktuk ride. I appreciated the helpful staff, especially Pat, who provided great assistance. the complimentary water was a nice touch. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with amenities like a fridge, kettle, AC, TV, and hot water with good pressure. the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Considering the price, there was absolutely nothing wrong with this place, and I'm happy with my decision to book despite the rating.

stayed here before but lavender exceeded expectations. clean rooms, friendly staff, and quick response to AC issue. manager arranged taxi to airport. tuk tuk ride to Bangla street shopping and bars.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Stayed here for Easter and was very pleased with the hotel's central location. the shops are located just 50m away, making it an ideal spot for exploring the town. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a good sized double bed, clean bathroom with a great shower. the wifi worked perfectly and the air conditioning was efficient.

The lack of a shower curtain in the bathroom made the floor very slippery after each shower. Another downside was the poor quality of the bed.

Lavender is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff and manager were incredibly kind and generous. The location is perfect, close to the night market, Patong Walking Street, and Patong beach. It's right in the center of Phuket. We had an amazing time staying at Lavender and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Phuket. Thank you so much to the Lavender team!
