Great budget hotel in Pratunam area. Super clean rooms with nice smell. Excellent location with walking distance to attractions like Pratunam Market, The Platinum Mall, and Centra World. Plenty of eateries and BTS station nearby. Staff are very helpful, polite, and well-trained.

Felt at home here, no complaints whatsoever.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was amazing! the staff was super friendly and helpful. They even offered a complimentary drink and snack upon arrival. the location was perfect, right next to a convenience store and in a bustling area filled with shops and restaurants. the room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, providing a great night's sleep.

The only downside to my stay was the noise level. Thin walls made it hard to sleep, as I could hear people talking and walking outside my room.

This hotel may be located in a quiet alley, but don't let that fool you - it's just a short walk from the busy main road. The staff are exceptional and very accommodating to requests. The rooms on the 2nd floor provide great value for money and come with basic amenities like twin beds and even Nescafé instant 3in1 coffee for breakfast!

All was ok - no complaints!

The staff speaks great English. Breakfast has a wide variety and great coffee. Location is close to BTS station and within walking distance of Erawan area. Super convenient with a 7 Eleven nearby, close to Pratunam Market and Platinum Mall. Friendly staff and plenty of massage parlors nearby. Mr. Kon Soh at the service desk is very helpful and friendly. Clean and secure hotel. Very satisfied and comfortable stay. Good transportation options. Nearby halal food and stalls. Delicious welcome drink of ice lemon tea. Would definitely return.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to shopping malls, Platinum Mall, and the Neon night market. It is also conveniently near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to assist guests. There is a 7-11 shop right beside the hotel, making it convenient for any immediate needs.

The wifi connectivity in the hotel is poor, with slow speeds and frequent disconnections. The hotel should improve this aspect to provide a better experience for guests.

The hotel is conveniently located, with a 7 Eleven right next to it and a wide selection of massage parlours along the way. It is close to public transport and right in the city centre. The staff is friendly and always smiling, providing excellent service. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable room, perfect for coming home to after a long day.
