I had a fantastic stay at this hotel just outside the old city walls. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the charming streets and temples of Chiang Mai. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with valuable information about the area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning and a lovely view of the garden. The breakfast served was also included, and it was delicious and satisfying.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were always polite and respectful. the location was also great, with easy access to the main attractions in town. the room was tidy and clean, and I appreciated the added touches of free water bottles and snacks.

This hotel was a great choice for my Easter vacation! the spacious rooms and clean bathrooms were definitely a highlight. the hotel's location was also a key factor in making my stay enjoyable - it was conveniently located near popular spots like the famous cowboy stand and within walking distance to the heart of the city. Additionally, the helpful and accommodating family who runs the hotel made my experience even better, providing me with a map and giving me great advice on things to do in the city.

One minor downside was the occasional noise from motorbikes passing by on the street, but it wasn't a major issue. Another inconvenience was the neighbors talking loudly outside my door late at night, but that was not the hotel's fault.

Convenient location, near delicious food court, 7/11, and old town. Easy to walk to temples, shops, and cafés. Lovely family-run guesthouse, took good care of us, and even waved us off at the end of our trip. Free coffee and tea in the morning. Helpful with tours to Doi Inthanon and elephant sanctuary.
