Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location, great service, highly recommended. 😊

The hotel is conveniently located in a crowded area, close to a supermarket and with easy access to different places in Patong. The rooms are modern and clean, with facilities such as a beautiful infinity pool and free parking. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing good service. The breakfast could be improved, but the free beach towels and working free wifi in the rooms are additional advantages.

One downside is the lack of views as the hotel is situated up on a hill.

We had a great stay at the hotel. the manager, Som, and assistant Adam were incredibly helpful and made our experience enjoyable. the hotel is small and new, ensuring a clean and tidy environment. It is located away from the noise of the main area in Patong, but still only a short 8-minute motorcycle ride to the beach and Bangla Road. we recommend Lullabella Hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

The pool was a nice break from the heat and it was clean. the staff was friendly and helpful with giving directions around town. the location was convenient and close to restaurants and shops. Even though the room wasn't perfect, at least the air conditioning worked and the bed was comfortable.

The room was not clean, there were stains on the sheets and hairs on the floor. the daily cleaning advertised on the website was not executed every day, and we had to ask for more sheets ourselves.

The property was very nice, with a great pool and stunning views of the New Year fireworks. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. It was also a good value hotel, clean and spacious.
