The location of the hotel is great, as it is next to the beach and close to the Khaolak area. guests loved the breakfast buffet and found the staff to be polite, friendly, and helpful.

The hotel should only be booked through Tui, and non-Tui guests felt treated differently.

The quiet beach location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast selection was fantastic, catering to both adults and kids. Comfortable beds and a convenient shuttle service to the city were great perks. Despite minor cleanliness issues, overall, I enjoyed my stay and would return.

This hotel provided us with luxurious and exclusive amenities, from the stunning swimming pool to the amazing Spa & Wellness Centre. We enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and Jacuzzi, and the massage therapists did an incredible job with the full body massages, head massages, and foot massages. the library, sun terrace, and garden area were perfect for relaxing with a good book, sunbathing, or taking a walk. the Beachfront location was excellent for enjoying the sunshine and the fresh sea air. the Restaurant served delightful breakfasts and fantastic poolside snacks and buffets.

The only minor issue was that we had to wait a few minutes longer than expected for a few of our private facilities to be ready, but the staff were quick to help us out and apologized for the delay. this hotel exceeded our expectations and was an unforgettable experience.
