During my Easter getaway, I had a great experience staying at a hotel in a central area, with easy access to transportation. I appreciated the shuttle bus that took me to a nearby mall and the welcoming staff that gave me a free drink upon my arrival. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of options to choose from.

One thing I found inconvenient was the location of the hotel, as it required a bit of walking to reach the main road. the shuttle bus service was only available one way, making it a hassle to get back to the hotel at times.

One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful rooftop pool and bar, which stayed open until 11pm. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind, especially after taking advantage of the free tuktuk service to the main road. They truly thought of everything, including an umbrella in the closet in case it rained. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel in a quite expensive area of the city. This place is located in a busy street of Sukhumvit and is just a stone's throw away from Terminal 21 shopping centre. The staff here provide consistent service across the entire department. From the security guard outside to the bell staff/porter and housekeeping, everyone was always giving the best customer service. The leisure swimming pool is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the city. The full body massage and head massage at the rooftop pool are highly recommended.
