The staff at Marigold Lanna were incredible - kind, attentive, and spoke English. They provided transportation assistance and had a scale and elevator for luggage. The beds were soft and comfortable, unlike traditional Thai beds. The hotel's smaller scale meant excellent service. A street market nearby offered delicious local food, and the hotel's location on a busy street made it easy to find transportation.

I had the most exceptional stay at a lovely accommodation in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, close to the airport and just a short drive away. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of pillows and a direct shower in the bathrooms. The breakfast spread was delicious and definitely worth the price. The staff were friendly and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel in the future. I highly recommend it.

This hotel was fantastic value for money and gave us a real luxury feel. We loved the fact that they offered a filling breakfast with both Western and Thai options which was a great way to start the day. the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff were amazing and made us feel very welcome. The location was also great, being close to key attractions, and with beautiful views from our room.

We did find that the hotel was lacking in amenities, as there were no convenience stores or food establishments nearby. the photos online were quite heavily-edited and didn't quite match the reality of the room.
