The resort is new and not crowded. 5 mins from the ferry. Staff super nice, especially breakfast staff and reception. The infinity pool is spacious and serene. Nearby pizzeria Mamma mia has amazing pizzas.

Marina Sands Resort Koh Chang is a fantastic hotel with an ideal location right beside the sea. The stunning view from the room balconies and the soothing sound of the waves crashing onto the beach provide a truly relaxing atmosphere. The spacious rooms and luxurious bathrooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable, providing excellent service throughout. The delicious breakfast buffet offered a variety of options to suit all tastes. Additionally, the resort offered amenities such as a children's room, kayaking, and yacht rentals, ensuring there was always something fun to do.

The hotel's location within a huge complex of other hotels meant that getting around could be time-consuming and inconvenient at times. Waiting for the buggy to take us to the restaurant or the beach could take up to 20 minutes, which was a bit frustrating.

My recent stay at Marina Sands Resort was simply exceptional. The upgraded family room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. I loved the smart TV and sofa, making it easy to stream from my phone. The breakfast, while not extensive, was of high quality and delicious. The resort's location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach front, was perfect. We also had access to three pools, which was a great bonus. The staff throughout the resort, from reception to pool bar to restaurants, were friendly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this resort.

The air conditioning was a bit slow to cool the room, so we had to keep the fan on continuously for additional air circulation. The check-in and check-out process was also a bit slow.
