Felt truly looked after, no complaints

This hotel provided a truly luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities were exactly what I was looking for, including the full body massage at the spa center which left me feeling revitalized. the outdoor swimming pool, spa lounge, and sun terrace were also perfect for relaxation and entertainment.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of service at the bar/lounge area which meant waiting for a little longer than expected to receive my drinks. Aside from that, this hotel's location advantages and room advantages - including the spacious room, treatment room, and entertainment - compensated for any inconvenience.

The VIP feature on the 27th floor with evening buffet and drinks was well worth the added cost. The location is great, close to the Skytrain and Queen's Park. There are plenty of food options in the area. The hotel has impressive facilities including two swimming pools, a state-of-the-art gym, and multiple restaurants.

During my stay over Christmas, I was pleased with the comfortable beds and overall room layout and furnishing. The hotel provided a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options from different cuisines. the hotel's location next to a park and within walking distance of public transportation and shopping malls was very convenient.

First, there were issues with the toilet bowl not flushing properly, which took multiple attempts to fix. The bath tub also had major stains, which was not a pleasant sight.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They offered complimentary breakfast and a free shuttle service to nearby shopping malls which was very convenient. the location of the hotel was great as it was in a prime area with easy access to attractions.

The hotel is situated in a great area, right next to a beautiful, lively park, providing a pleasant atmosphere for walking and enjoying nature. There are also bars and outlets nearby, offering entertainment and nightlife options for guests. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, with attention to detail in terms of layout and furnishings. The breakfast selection is superb, with a variety of cuisines from different origins to choose from.

Enjoyed my stay at the Marriott. The breakfast box for my early flight was not great but the Thai restaurant was fantastic. Although disappointed by slow check-in and staff issues, overall I recommend this hotel.
