I had a really good experience at Max Residence. the value for money is excellent, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. the location is fantastic, with bars and restaurants right at your doorstep. the staff are friendly and always willing to help. the small garden with flowers in front of the hotel adds a nice touch. the beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and Walking Street is only an 8-minute walk or a short taxi ride. it's a great deal for the price.

I recently stayed at Max Hotel for a week and couldn't be happier with my experience. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and I loved having a balcony. The bar downstairs was great value and the bed was firm and comfortable. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Max Hotel to anyone visiting.

Great selection of news channels, perfect for catching up on current events. the location was fantastic, with plenty of Thai food options right on the street and a coffee shop across the street offering great prices. the hotel's proximity to bars with cheap beers made it a convenient choice.

The wifi on the 3rd floor didn't work, but I had anticipated this and brought my own internet stick. there were tiny ants in the room, mostly in the wardrobe, which was a bit unpleasant.

I stayed at Max Residence for a quick night and it was an ideal place. The location is good and the rates are cheaper than nearby hotels. The staff at the reception was friendly and the room had good air conditioning. The bed was firm and very comfortable, and the shower was separate from the toilet. There is also an elevator, which is a plus. it was a cosy hotel with all the basics covered.

The location was strategically excellent - close to Walking Street, the beach, and the Royal Shopping Mall. It was also surrounded by convenience stores, street food, and other attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the Indian restaurant owners and the Thai receptionist. The room was cleaned daily and the value for money was exceptional. a highly recommended place to stay in Pattaya.
