Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms with good AC, great lobby area and backyard pool. Nice room, pool, and location away from noisy part of town. Front parking is free. Large and nice foyer, comfy bed, easy lift access. Unbeatable value for money, responsive and supportive staff, great location within walking distance.

The staff were amazingly helpful at reception. The hotel was very quiet, we often felt like we were the only people staying there! The pool was nice to take a dip after a day sightseeing. Comfy bed. Immaculate premises. Great lobby area.

This hotel is a great little base in Phuket. The staff are incredibly helpful and full of life, always ready to assist with anything you need. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the added bonus of a small pool for a quick cool-off is perfect. The location is convenient, with easy access to some nice restaurants and the bustling night market. it's excellent value for money with basic amenities, air-conditioned rooms, and a tasty breakfast included.

All in all, everything was just fine.

The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport which is a big plus, especially when travelling during high season. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the pool area is relaxing and offers a great escape from the busy city. the hotel's location is great for those who want to be close to the city center but also experience a bit of tranquility.

The breakfast lacked variety, with mostly carbs and no hot options. The rooms were not well soundproofed, so noise from the pool area and surrounding streets could be heard throughout the night.
