For the price we paid, we got great value! The room was spacious and clean, with super comfortable beds. The best part was the location, right in front of the BTS station and within walking distance to MBK shopping mall and Siam Paragon. The staff, especially Bancha, Aemy, Cherry, and Nada, were kind and friendly.

Breakfast delights could have been better with more variety.

We had a great stay at a hotel near popular shopping centers and public transportation. the spacious and clean room had a nice city view. the staff provided efficient and friendly service, especially in helping us with a wallet mishap. the location was convenient, with 7-11s nearby and street vendors selling cheap and tasty food. it was a pleasant experience at Mercure with excellent service and a comfortable room.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! The location is superb and I really enjoyed the convenience of being close to the main shopping malls and the BTS station. The staff was very helpful, especially the bell staff/porter, who assisted me with my luggage. The amenities were top-notch, the in-room air conditioning was great and the tea and coffee provided in my room was a lovely touch. I also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool, sun terrace, and sun loungers, which offered a great view of the surrounding area. The staff at the restaurant and snack bar were very courteous and assisted me with all of my needs.

For anyone considering staying here, I would highly recommend it!

We recently stayed at Mercure for the 6th time during our visit to Bangkok. the hotel's location is excellent, with the BTS National Stadium station just around 50 meters away. We love the convenience of having a 7eleven "24h" right in the hotel building. the late check-out until 2pm was a bonus included in the price, allowing us to relax a bit more. the pool and breakfast were fantastic, with a rich variety of options every day.

My room had an amazing view of the city, and the rooftop pool was the cherry on top. Perfectly located near BTS Skytrain and numerous malls. an exceptional stay at Mercure Bangkok Siam.

Great location, 7/11 in lobby, pool, good room and clean. Staff was helpful, fast wifi and good TV channels. Excellent value for the price.

The location of the hotel was great, just opposite MBK and close to Chinatown. We were able to easily decide what to do, whether it was shopping, exploring Chinatown, or relaxing at the hotel's gym and pool. Even after checking out, the hotel took care of our bags and allowed us to use the facilities until our late flight. the rooms were nice and the staff, especially the Duty Manager Ashwin, were friendly and helpful. the hotel provided a pleasant experience and I would choose to stay here again.

Superb location, right in front of BTS National Stadium. Close to MBK Center, Siam Discovery, and Siam Center. Balcony with jaw-dropping city view. Friendly staff, especially Nhui from GF. Free bag storage and access to gym/pool after checkout. Comfy beds, clean and modern rooms. 7-11 on the ground floor. Lovely pool bar with great cocktails.
