I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable price of this hotel, considering it's part of the renowned Mercure brand. Despite some noise from activities in the corridor, the bedding was comfortable. The hotel also offered a halfhearted discount due to some smell issues. I recommend this hotel for its value and decent amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions we had. The room we were upgraded to was a deluxe king suite, which had a huge bed and was incredibly comfortable. The room itself was very spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the city.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location is super convenient, as it is near the Maya shopping centre and close to everything. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist. The rooms are clean and spacious, with regular housekeeping to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast offers a decent variety of options. The hotel also provides free shuttle services to certain attractions.

The door of my room was broken and had to be fixed multiple times, which was inconvenient.

The breakfast was amazing, especially the northern-style eggs benedict - a must-try. The staff were super friendly and always on hand to help. The room was well-appointed and exceptionally clean, with comfortable bedding and plenty of amenities. Plus, the location was great for exploring the city, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping.

The price we paid, which was higher than expected and included some hidden fees. , the beds in our room were smaller than we're used to, making it a bit of a tight squeeze for our family of three.
