We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was situated on a quiet beach away from the hustle and bustle of the main area. It was also conveniently located just 45 minutes from the airport. The hotel provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, nestled in a beautiful cove. The service was excellent, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service available. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure our needs were met. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a balcony to enjoy the stunning views. We also appreciated the free toiletries and hair dryer provided. The hotel offered a range of dining options, including a restaurant and bar/lounge area. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices to suit all tastes. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and BBQ facilities. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to families and anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place, away from the main Lamai area, provided me with the perfect private beach and an amazing pool area. The stunning views from both the pool and my balcony were truly breathtaking. It was such a peaceful and tranquil environment, especially at night when I could hear the soothing sound of the waves. The spacious room with its big balcony and convenient washstand for drying my swimsuits made my stay even more comfortable.

The breakfast was enjoyable with a wide range of food and drinks to choose from. the rooms offered enough space to allow us to stretch out comfortably. The location was also great, just a short ride from the main tourist hub and close to the beach - perfect for early morning walks.

We felt that the room could've been cleaned better and there were a few too many stains in the bathroom for our liking. we found the staff to be a bit aloof and not very accommodating when we had questions or concerns.

As young travelers, we loved the amazing pool and beachside location. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome. The Thai cooking class was a highlight, and the food at the restaurant was exceptional. The nearby Lamai village had a great selection of dining options, and the Rock Bar at the end of the beach was a unique and must-visit spot. The tour services offered were excellent, making it easy for us to explore the area.

Service at the resort felt very special, with nothing being too much trouble.
