The location is fantastic - close to Hua Lamphong MRT station, Chinatown, and great dining options. Comfortable beds and modern furnishings. Well-working air conditioner, cable TV, and a decent shower. Breakfast included. Convenient for traveling to other parts of Thailand.

I stayed here one night for an early train. Great location across from Hua Lamphong Railway Station. Super helpful staff. Hotel is really clean and served its purpose. The bed was the most comfortable ever slept in.

I arrived late at night and was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had arranged for a late check-in for me. The room was clean and comfortable, just like in the pictures. The shower had good water pressure and the towels were nice. I had a pleasant stay at Metro Hotel.

The Staff is fantastic, always ready to help and guide. the hotel location could not be better, it is right across from the train station, making it easy to go anywhere in the city. the breakfast served at the nearby hotel was a pleasant surprise, it had a nice variety of options. the rooms were very clean and modern.

Unfortunately there is no soundproofing, which makes it a bit difficult to rest properly if you are sensitive to noise. the rooms without windows are a bit of a letdown but if you are only staying for one night it is not a big deal.

This hotel is great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location is perfect for exploring the city, with Chinatown just across the street and easy access to the train and underground rail system. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities provided make for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed having a room with a balcony, and the breakfast included was a nice touch.

The only minor issue was the noise from the elevator chimes, but overall, all was fine.
