The hotel is located in a different area, away from the bustling food area in Thonglo, which could be inconvenient for those looking for local dining options. However, it is easy to get Grab taxis from the hotel and the staff are willing to assist with transport arrangements. The rooms are well-equipped with a modern bathroom, a stocked kitchen, and a comfortable bed. The service provided by the staff is commendable, with a helpful and friendly attitude.

A new, functional, boutique-style hotel with spacious rooms and a posh entrance. The wood decor and Victorian character add charm. Staff are friendly and helpful, even providing fruit during a power outage. Design and furnishings are top-notch, with a clean room and bathroom. Late check-out and free shuttle to the airport rail station are convenient.

We had a comfortable bed with clean sheets and a good shower. It was the perfect end to our backpacking trip. The staff at Metropole were very helpful in organizing our shuttle to the airport and even offered us a late checkout. My wife also had a fantastic facial at the spa. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and great amenities.

The hotel was excellently renovated with beautiful rooms and a resort-like feel. The staff were amazing, super friendly, and ready to help with anything. Great amenities available, including a lovely restaurant, limousine pickup service, and nearby convenience stores and street food options.

Celebrating Easter here has been a memorable experience. the hotel's elegant decor really made me feel special and the staff were always ready to help. the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, including fresh fruits and tasty pastries.

The service at the front desk was a bit slow, and it took almost twenty minutes for me to check-in. the room was not soundproof, and I could hear the noise from the street which made it difficult for me to sleep.

This hotel offered a truly luxurious stay with exclusive amenities such as a well-equipped gym, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi. the room advantages were equally impressive, with private facilities and a cozy yet spacious feel. the catering service was on point, offering a delicious Continental breakfast and a bar/lounge area for relaxation.

The only minor issue we encountered was the location, being a bit far from tourist attractions. taxis were readily available and the hotel staff were happy to organize them.

We had a perfect stay at Metropole. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the room was beautifully decorated, mixing classical and modern elements. the hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the city, and the front desk provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed a delicious and diverse breakfast buffet, catering to various cultural preferences.
