The hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff, giving great advice for my trip. the location was convenient, close to public transportation and a shopping mall. the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

There was no breakfast served at the hotel, but there were plenty of nearby options. the Wi-Fi could be slow at times, and the noise from room renovations in the daytime was a bit disruptive.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They even allowed us to keep our luggage until 7pm when we checked out, which was very convenient. The location was strategic, as it was within walking distance to the BTS Nana station and close to shops and the food court on level 6. Due to its prime location, we were able to party until the early hours of the morning. the pool was great and offered a fun way to relax during the day.

The pillows were like balloons and incredibly uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There was constant noise from doors slamming in the halls and light leaked in from the hallway, causing further disturbance.

Had a great time during my Xmas stay. the hotel offered a beautiful crystal clean pool to relax and enjoy the holiday vibe. the location was key, within walking distance to malls, clubs, and restaurants. Plus, the staff were very helpful, making our stay even better.

It is close to all attractions in the city, making it a perfect base for exploring. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with helpful and friendly staff. There is also a clean and spacious pool for guests to enjoy.

The elevator could use an upgrade, as it is small and old.
