The rooftop pool offered fantastic views, and the sun terrace was perfect for relaxation. the spa centre provided excellent massage services. On the downside, there were some noise disturbances from residents using shared spaces, which affected the peaceful ambiance slightly. 🌅

Located on the west coast of Phuket, near Surin Beach, Mida Grande Resort offers a convenient location for budget travellers. The resort is also close to the airport, making it easily accessible. Guests can enjoy the proximity to nice beach clubs, perfect for a day of relaxation and entertainment. The clean, modern rooms with comfy beds provide a comfortable stay.

Some guests have reported issues with the maintenance of certain amenities, such as jacuzzis not working properly and dusty balconies.

Stunning Ocean Views and Attentive Staff

The ocean view from our 2BR apartment was breathtaking, especially during the New Year's Eve fireworks on Surin Beach. the attentive staff made our stay enjoyable, always going above and beyond to assist us. there were some cleanliness issues in the hallways and a limited supply of kitchen utensils that could be improved.

The rooftop pool at Mida Grande Resort was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Although the pool beds were not always well-maintained, the overall ambiance was truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend spending some relaxing moments there. I had a pleasant stay at the resort.

Love coming back here for incredible stay. Remember staff finding my lost ring. Everything I need is here – Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Poolside snack bar. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

We were highly impressed by the stunning views from this hotel. The location on the view deck provided breathtaking sights of the ocean and surroundings. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff made us feel like we were at home. The breakfast offered was delicious, with a generous buffet and a la carte options. The transportation service, including the free shuttle and affordable taxis, made it easy for us to explore the city and visit the Malecón. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool and the open space design of the rooms, added to the luxurious experience.

Minor Bathroom Venting Issue

Spent New Year at a resort with stunning pools and fantastic location for restaurants and beaches. Enjoyed that the resort was brand new, with modern rooms and very comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Overpriced buffet breakfast with only basic options. Service was slow, had to wait over 20 minutes to pay minibar charges.

Upon arrival, I was stunned by the luxurious amenities provided at this hotel. the clean, modern rooms and comfortable furnishings exceeded my expectations. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, with poolside snack bar service and sun loungers available for my use. the location was ideal, with easy beach access and nearby beach clubs to enjoy.

The breakfast buffet felt overpriced for the limited options available. the wait time for minibar service and room cleaning could also use improvement.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful resort with friendly and helpful staff. Despite the rainy season, there were still plenty of amenities available such as the pools, gym, and library. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of fresh fruits, eggs, and breads. The daily shuttle minibuses were very convenient for exploring the local area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Although there were some minor issues like a lack of blinds in one of the bathrooms and a few small problems with the room, they could easily be corrected to make this hotel even better.
