Family-run, super professional and friendly staff, clean bungalows with a great location by the beach. Perfect for families, couples, and groups looking for a relaxing getaway. The restaurant serves excellent Thai food, especially the delicious Tom Yum soup. The beachfront bungalow was just a few steps away from the sea, with all the essentials and daily cleaning. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return if we visit Koh Samui again.

We stayed at Moonhut bungalows for six nights and loved every minute of it! The bungalows were clean, comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The location was perfect, with easy access to a quiet and clean beach. We enjoyed relaxing on the sunbeds and taking romantic evening walks. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it!

We stayed for a week at Moonhut Bungalows and loved every minute of it. The beach front bungalow was only a few steps away from the sea, providing breathtaking views. The bungalow had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, en suite bathroom, and a mini fridge. The daily cleaning service was a nice touch. The on-site restaurant offered amazing western food and delicious sandwiches from their bakery. We will definitely come back if we visit Koh Samui again.

As a budget traveler, I loved the simple and cozy bungalows right by the beautiful Mae Nam beach. The direct beach access was a plus, and the sea was perfect for swimming with its sandy bottom. The atmosphere at Moonhut Bungalows reminded me of visiting Thailand many years ago, and it felt very relaxed and peaceful. The central bar/reception area was a great place to hang out, and the food was tasty. Families with young kids will find it perfect, and the owner, John, was a fair and friendly guy.

The location was stunning, just a short walk from a beautiful and peaceful beach. The bungalows were comfortable and had a lovely terrace with a great view. The beach bar offered reasonably priced drinks and the option to quickly rinse off in the on-site beach shower. The nearby 7 eleven and town provided a good range of food choices.

The best aspect of our stay was the location. the hotel is situated right on the beach, which provided a stunning view and easy access to sunbathing and swimming. the food at the hotel was top-notch. We enjoyed delicious freshly prepared seafood, which we could order the day before and get exactly what we wanted from the sea. the staff was also extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The bungalows looked tired and in need of maintenance. the room was not cleaned daily as stated, and we encountered issues with the shower and bathroom light switch.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the location, as it was situated on a beautiful beach overlooking Phangan. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Furthermore, the hotel provided convenient transportation options and was within walking distance to the shopping area by Fishermens village.
