The front desk was open 24/7, so it didn't matter what time we stumbled in after our wild adventures. And guess what? They had a tour desk too! We could plan all our crazy activities right there at the guesthouse. Plus, the free WiFi was a lifesaver. We could post all our epic pics and stay connected with our friends back home. Totally awesome!

The only thing we wish was different was the lack of a party vibe. It would have been even more epic if there was a happening bar or a DJ playing some sick beats.

We just had our second stay at this lovely guesthouse and it continues to be a great experience. It's like a calm oasis in the heart of the old town, with a beautiful green courtyard. the rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds are comfortable. We were pleased to find that everything looked brand new. the staff is friendly, always happy to help, and the reception is open 24/7. the onsite restaurant is lovely and offers shaded seating. the guesthouse is conveniently located next to Chiang Mai gate, so we were able to easily explore the nightly street food market. the wifi is fast and reliable, and the rooms have all the essential amenities like AC, a balcony, TV, fridge. All of this for an affordable price makes this guesthouse fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist us. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were spacious with a balcony. The location was ideal, with several places within walking distance, including the Sunday night bazaar, the largest night bazaar in this city. Additionally, there were small evening street food markets just across the street, making it convenient for us to have dinner. The breakfast provided was delicious and the fact that they offered free daily bottles of water in recycled glass bottles was a nice touch.

The atmosphere was so nice, it felt like a home away from home. The location was mind-blowing, right beside the north gate. And the hot shower, oh my goodness, it was super! My appreciation for the comfy bed and the fact that they even provided a hair dryer! The mini fridge was a jaw-dropping addition and the traffic noise didn't bother me at all. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The beautiful garden design inside the guest house was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, within walking distance to local markets, museums, and temples. The access to cheap transport right outside the hotel was a bonus. The mountain view was absolutely stunning, the best value for money. The restaurant service was great and the food was beautiful. And I have to mention the banana pancakes - they were simply divine. I will definitely be coming back to this amazing place!

I recently stayed at Mountain View Guesthouse in Chiang Mai for 3 nights. The location was perfect, with a view of the moat and old city wall. It was within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, markets, temples, and shops. I loved the jazz bar next door that could be heard from the rooftop patio. The guesthouse had beautiful terraces and outdoor seating areas, and the room I stayed in was spacious and clean with a private bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rates were reasonable. a wonderful experience.

The location of the guesthouse is excellent, with everything within walking distance. There is a local nightly market for dinner and a morning market for breakfast right behind it. The room is spacious and quiet, facing the main street. The mountain view is breathtaking and the staff is helpful and goes above and beyond. The restaurant service is great, and the food is delicious. Access to cheap transport is right outside the hotel.

The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to central areas and enjoy the peacefulness of the place at night. The bed covers were incredibly soft and cozy, ensuring a comfortable sleep. Moreover, the staff was extremely helpful, even when we arrived very early in the morning. They let us drop our bags and go watch the sunrise at a nearby temple. The spacious room and large bathroom, especially the shower, were impressive. The provided drinking water and excellent WiFi were also much appreciated.

The lovely garden outside provided a peaceful atmosphere to relax in. There were plenty of eating places nearby, including the night food market on Sri Phum Road. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from our room.

We did notice some noise from nearby bars late at night.
