A Great Hotel with English Language Assistance

During my stay at this wonderful hotel in Phuket, I had a small issue with accessing a printer and scanner. The Thai staff, although they spoke little English, were incredibly helpful and offered to email my documents for printing. However, I preferred not to share my documents due to privacy concerns. After contacting the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to discover they actually had a business center.

Big rooms, friendly staff, functional kitchen, nice beach, good breakfast, free water.

Don't have any issues at all.

Big rooms, balconies, functional kitchen, all well maintained. Free drinking water. Responsive and friendly personnel. Good breakfast, delicious Thai food. Shuttle to Villa Market twice a day. Comfortable airport transfer. Nice kids club and activities. Great beach and clean water, but keep in mind it's a public beach.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat with exclusive amenities that catered to all our needs. the Spa & wellness center was exceptional, with a variety of treatments such as full body massage, body wraps, and facial. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation. the outdoor swimming pool was magnificent with plenty of sun loungers and private facilities. the location is breathtaking, with direct beach access and a beautiful garden area with a sun terrace. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had excellent food and drinks, providing a memorable dining experience. In-room breakfast was perfect and also an excellent idea for a private picnic area.

The only minor issue was the service at times could be a bit slow, though it was very attentive, friendly and helpful. this venue was a truly memorable experience.

The hotel had spacious residences and apartments that were great for families. the breakfast was simple yet of good quality and the staff were polite. the dinner was better than other places in the area. the check-in and check-out process was speedy and the staff were kind. the hotel also had its own beach access which was a plus and the private swimming pool was the perfect size.

The location was a bit far from some attractions, but still worth staying at. One downside was that there was a wall around the resort which made it impossible to reach the beach directly from the villa.
