The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the car park attendant to the cleaners. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with really comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options. The pool area was beautiful, with a lovely coffee/cocktail bar. The location was convenient, only a short taxi ride away from town. it was a great experience.

The lack of English TV channels.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the front desk team, security, and bellboys were all very professional and welcoming. the modern suite we stayed in was lovely and comfortable, with a spacious sitting room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a high bar table. the bathroom was great and the bed was super comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the mood lighting and the small terrace with a table and chairs. the design of the hotel, from the entrance to the restaurant and café, was superb. the pool was also stylish and had a great atmosphere, especially at night. the management and staff were excellent, and we were impressed with the delicious Thai/Western breakfast. We wish we could have stayed longer and if we are ever back in Khon Kaen, we will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you to all!

The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options.
