Wifi was slow.

Located on the river and in the heart of Silom road, Narai Hotel offers a competitive location compared to other leading hotels in the area. The hotel is conveniently situated near the river pier, metro, and skytrain stations, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the surrounding area boasts a variety of Indian restaurants, providing guests with diverse dining options.

One downside is that the hotel is slightly far from the station, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

We had a great time over Thanksgiving. the hotel staff offered complimentary wine and turkeys, which made our stay extra special. the location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was walking distance to popular attractions. we really enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, which provided amazing views of the skyline.

During check-in, we were required to provide a cash deposit, which was inconvenient. Lastly, we were asked to show our immigration forms, which seemed unnecessary since we had already provided our passports for check-in.

The area itself is quiet and peaceful, allowing for a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. I even noticed the night shift staff going above and beyond, promoting their services outside of their usual duties. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The hotel also offers a wide range of services including room service, laundry, and airport shuttle, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
