The rooms at Natee The Riverfront Hotel in Kanchanaburi were exactly as shown in the pictures - clean and spacious with a perfect view of the river Kwai. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of fresh coffee options. The hotel also has a nice garden directly by the river, offering a beautiful view. The pool looked clean and inviting, although I didn't get a chance to use it.

During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with the whirlpool in my room not working properly. However, the receptionist was quick to respond and immediately arranged for another room for me.

Considering the price, my experience exceeded all expectations.

Our Christmas stay here was fantastic! the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even had complimentary cookies and hot cocoa waiting for us in our room. the location is perfect, with easy access to the main road and stunning views of the river. We also loved the pool, which was clean and well-maintained.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the spotty Wi-Fi. while the breakfast buffet had a good selection, some of the dishes weren't very flavorful.

I recently stayed at Natee The Riverfront Hotel for a few days on a leisure trip. The hotel impressed me with its beautiful views of the river from every room and its friendly and helpful staff, particularly Time at the front desk. The breakfast restaurant was modern and offered a fresh and delicious selection of Thai and Western dishes, including a great egg station. The location was perfect, close to the famous bridge and war museum, as well as local bars and restaurants. I also had the best massage experience at the nearby massage place. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and well-decorated rooms, a jacuzzi tub with a scenic view, a nice pool and exercise area, and free bicycles for exploring. The smart TVs in the rooms were a bonus. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel along the River Kwai.

We had a great stay at a hotel located conveniently close to many restaurants and bars. The room was spacious, neat, and clean, with modern facilities. The bathroom even had a spa tub. The staff were very polite, attentive, and helpful, providing complimentary bicycle use. The breakfast spread was very good. The hotel also had a beautiful view of the river, and we enjoyed watching the sunset from our spacious balcony with a jacuzzi bath.

There were some issues with the cabinet arrangement in the room. The hanging space was too short and there were not enough hooks or racks for longer clothes.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel along the river. The view from our room on the 5th floor was absolutely breathtaking. We were blown away by the bathroom - a spacious shower with a rain shower, windows all around, and a jacuzzi-type bathtub. It was definitely one of the best showers we've ever had. The location of the hotel was perfect - silent and away from the street, but still close to everything we wanted to visit. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
