Superb location by the river pier, easy access to main sights. Comfortable rooms. Nice rooftop swimming pool. Great breakfast variety. Very polite and helpful staff.

We have recently stayed at this hotel and we were very pleased with our experience. The location of this place is excellent, as it is near the river and very close to the famous Khaosan Road. We found it very convenient to travel around the city as there were taxis everywhere, making it easy to reach the airport and other destinations. The hotel also has a great pool area where we could relax after a long day of exploring. The staff here were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

While we were very happy with our stay, there were a few minor things that could have been improved. Some staff members could benefit from better English speaking skills.

the staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with a tour that had been unexpectedly cancelled. the location was perfect, right on the river and close to many attractions. the breakfast offered a great variety of Thai and western food, and enjoying it on the riverside deck was a highlight. the roof terrace with a pool and bar was also a wonderful feature. the soundproof windows in our room effectively blocked out street noise for a peaceful stay.

We stayed at the Navalai River Resort for 5 nights as we wanted to explore the old side of the city and have fun at Khao San Road. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony. The staff were polite and helpful. The restaurant had a good selection of Thai and European food. We would stay here again.

The location of Navalai River Resort was superb, with a breathtaking view of the river and the Phra Arthit pier just steps away. It was incredibly convenient to use the river boat to explore Bangkok's top attractions, like the Grand Palace. The pedestrian connection to Khaosan street was also a plus. My river front room with a balcony was excellent and provided a delightful stay.

We had a romantic escape and loved the friendly and helpful staff. the room was clean and spacious, perfect for a romantic getaway. the location was ideal, close to major attractions and with easy access to public transportation. We also enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a long day of exploring.

The only downside was the noise from nearby areas, but it wasn't too bothersome. it was a great experience and we would recommend it for a romantic trip.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! We received two complementary perks that were a great surprise. One of the best aspects was the location, which allowed us to easily explore the main tourist attractions and try various restaurants nearby. the proximity to the pier and frequent boats was also a plus, making it easy to reach other areas.

The noise from the pier and boats disrupted our sleep at times. the breakfast options were quite limited for vegetarians.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the pier for easy access to public transportation. there are plenty of food stalls, small restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. You can enjoy a lovely outdoor area on the river and even take water taxis to explore the city.

The noise from the river buses and their loud whistles can be disturbing, especially if you're looking for a peaceful siesta or an early night.

The value for money at this hotel was great, the room was comfortable and the river view from the balcony was amazing. The location was perfect, with easy access to markets and Wats via the nearby river station. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety and quality options available.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was amazing, right on the river and there was even a river taxi stop right outside. I loved being able to easily access Khao San and all the great cheap restaurants there. The staff were excellent from the receptionist to the room service and the amenities were all great too, especially the balcony overlooking the river. The swimming pool was also a highlight, a perfect place to relax between sightseeing.

We initially had doubts, but once inside, we were pleasantly surprised by Navalai River Resort. The staff was helpful, and the hotel was impeccably clean. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the easy access to the river for boat transportation. Despite some reports, the WiFi worked well for us. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and massage places nearby. The room was spacious, and we enjoyed the balcony view of the river. a well-run hotel with friendly staff and comfortable beds.

The location is perfect for sightseeing by river bus and there are plenty of good restaurants and a cooking school nearby. The pool on the roof is a great place to relax. The staff is lovely and helpful, always willing to assist. The rooms are comfortable and the view from the balcony is pleasant.
