We loved the spacious and clean rooms at Neptune's Villa. The fresh towels and bedsheets changed daily were a nice touch. The beautiful view from the balcony was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful with arranging taxis and ferries. I highly recommend this hotel.

The comfortable beds and homely decor, such as the lovely lamps, add a cozy touch to the rooms. Additionally, having breakfast included is a convenient bonus.

Great location near the beach and shops, English-speaking helpful staff. Sunset beach only 1 minute away, full moon party beach 5 minutes walk. Plenty of options for eating and drinking. Avoid full moon party time.

Cleanliness was excellent. Hotel facilities were great, especially the lovely swimming pool. Location on a small quiet beach within walking distance to the good beaches and main area.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. Considering the price, the attention to detail was commendable. The location was great because it's not far from the nightlife but far enough to where it's peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities were well-maintained.

All was ok, except for the dated rooms and lack of hot water in the shower.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those looking for a beachfront experience. It is situated right next to the beach, offering stunning views of the sea. Additionally, it is slightly away from Haad Rin beach, making it quieter and more peaceful. Guests also have the advantage of being able to easily access Koh Samui through the steps opposite the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided jasmine-scented cold washers upon my arrival, which was just what I needed after a long journey. The beds were super comfy and made with fresh linen each day, ensuring a restful sleep. The pool was beautiful and provided a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of this city. The location was perfect, offering a quiet oasis while still being centrally located near restaurants, bars, and the beach.
