The rooms at this hotel are exceptional, with spacious and clean interiors. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast offered a great variety of Thai and American-style options, including delicious fruit and yogurt.

Attentive and Trustworthy Staff

During my stay at Nordwind Hotel, I had an incident where I accidentally left some extra money under the sheets in my room. To my surprise, when the cleaners came to tidy up the room, they found the money and placed it on the table instead of taking it. I was extremely grateful for their honesty and ended up giving them a big tip as a token of appreciation.

This hotel offers great value for money, with spacious and clean rooms at affordable prices. I particularly liked the attention to detail, as the rooms were kept really clean and came with a small balcony. Plus, having breakfast included was a nice touch.

nordwind exceeded my expectations during this long-term stay in chiang mai. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the free bicycle rental added a nice touch, allowing us to easily explore the city. the location was convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
