We loved this hotel! The location is ideal, right in the middle of everything. There are plenty of shopping centers within walking distance, and many great restaurants nearby. The hotel has great room service and amenities, including a car hire service, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service. The staff is also fantastic - very helpful and accommodating. We really appreciated all of the services they provided for us, like the shuttle service and the tours/ticket assistance. Plus, the happy hour was a nice touch!

This place is located near a small canal that sometimes smells of sewage, but we would still recommend this hotel to anyone. The service provided by the hotel staff outweighed any minor issues we encountered.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right next to the Platinum mall and within a short walk to Big C supermarket, CentralWorld mall, and Pratunam market. The hotel also provided easy access to many other shopping centers in the area. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff, especially at the registration desk, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide selection of food types to choose from. we were very satisfied with our stay.
