The room itself was clean, comfortable, and felt new. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Chiang Mai.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with Maya Mall and the vibrant Niman area just a short walk away. We were able to explore the city easily by hiring a car or renting a bike, making our stay even more convenient. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The rain shower was a highlight, providing a warm and relaxing experience. We also appreciated the excellent service from the staff, who were friendly and attentive to our needs.

We booked a romantic escape at a hotel in Chiang Mai, and we were pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel, which was just a 10-minute walk to a mall and a nice area. the room was very clean and we enjoyed a comfortable bed and a warm rain shower. We were able to stay connected with the free and fast Wi-Fi, and we appreciated having a large TV with lots of channels. we enjoyed ordering food from outside and having it delivered to the room.

The hotel was quite small and had limited parking spaces. the hotel was located on a sub street, making it a bit difficult to find.

The hotel is conveniently located near MaYa shopping centre and the vibrant Niman area, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when organizing trips to other cities. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities provided such as shower gel and complimentary drinks. Despite being down an alley with poor lighting, the hotel felt safe and secure. the location, staff, and breakfast were all positive aspects of our stay.

Housekeeping was inconsistent, often cleaning our room late in the day, which was inconvenient.
