We had an amazing stay at the Novotel hotel in Kata Beach. Friendly staff, great room size, quick service, fun for kids, beautiful view, fantastic breakfast.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great pool, excellent staff service, clean and comfortable rooms, good restaurant with recommended street food fare, free shuttle service, short walk to the beach.

The hotel is conveniently located between two stunning beaches, allowing easy access to both for a day of sun and sand. There are also plenty of other restaurants and shops nearby, perfect for a leisurely stroll in the evening. Additionally, the hotel offers a fantastic view of the main pool and the rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide range of both Thai and international dishes to choose from.

The hotel is situated on a hill, which can be a bit challenging to reach, especially in the hot afternoon.

The hill leading up to the hotel could be difficult and tiring to climb for some guests. the humidity was high and made it uncomfortable to stay outside for long periods of time.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. the Spa & wellness centre was an oasis of relaxation with a Sauna and a range of massage treatments, including body wraps, beauty treatments and a full body massage. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip and the beach access was very convenient.

The bathroom in our room was a minor issue, the shower leaked a little, but the staff were quick to fix it and the rest of the room was spotless. the restaurant had a great selection of buffet breakfast, dinner, and a poolside snack bar, however, the dinner could have been better.

My recent stay at Novotel in Kata Beach was amazing! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The room was spacious and had a stunning sea view from the balcony. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and entertainment spots. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic vacation experience.

During my stay at Novotel, the lobby greeted me with its cozy atmosphere, and the check-in process was efficient. The staff even escorted me to my room and gave me a warm introduction. Speaking of the room, it was impeccably clean and surprisingly spacious, providing me with a comfortable stay.
