Staying at Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport for a transit layover was incredibly convenient. The 24-hour complimentary shuttle van service from the airport's arrival level to the hotel's location made my late-night arrival stress-free. The proximity to the airport, just 250 meters away, ensured a smooth and quick transition during my short stay.

Despite the overall convenience, I encountered an unexpected inconvenience upon arrival. My booked room had been cancelled without notice, leading to a last-minute scramble and an increase in the room rate.

That the bar closed at 11:00 p.m., which was a disappointment after a long day of traveling.
