Beautiful entrance hall, spacious and comfortable rooms with tasteful furnishings. Friendly staff, helpful during a small issue with air conditioning. Luxury suite ideal for families, with a comfortable extra bed extension and excellent bathroom. Enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast. Free shuttle a convenient option despite the hotel's location outside the city.

The atmosphere of the hotel was very warm and cozy, the staff was friendly and accommodating. the rooms were beautifully decorated with a contemporary Thai style and the shower rooms were huge. the hotel is located near many attractions such as waterfalls and hot springs. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the organic foods offered, which were produced from their own farm. the staff was extremely honest and security was high, as valuables left out were never touched.

One of the worst aspects of the hotel was its distance from the city, requiring us to book a cab every time we wanted to go out, which took at least 40 minutes. Although the breakfast was delicious, it was not very diverse.

The rooms are beautifully decorated in Lanna style and offer a comfortable and relaxing environment. The breakfast is delicious, with a choice between continental and Asian options. Guests can also enjoy the large swimming pool and take advantage of the onsite spa services. The resort's location next to the restaurant makes dining options easily accessible.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. I loved having a balcony to enjoy the serene surroundings. The highlight of my stay was definitely the on-site spa, where I indulged in some much-needed relaxation. the combination of the hotel's location, service, and amenities made for an unforgettable experience.
