Spent New Year's Eve here with my partner and overall had a good experience. The villa had a decent amount of space with two floors and the staff were friendly. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee provided, a nice touch. The location was also great, with easy access to the beach and close to some good restaurants and bars.

The area around the resort was quite run down with many stray dogs and abandoned buildings. The villa was also quite isolated and the cheap aluminum windows and doors didn't offer much security.

We had a wonderful stay at a villa by the beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the sandy shore. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The villa had a beautiful pool and garden area, which was a great place to relax and unwind. We also enjoyed the facilities such as the bar and restaurant on-site.

We were disappointed to find that some areas of the resort were run down and in need of maintenance.
