This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The room had some unexpected amenities like a big fridge, a larger locker, and even a bottle opener. The staff, although not overly friendly at the front desk, were efficient and the bellboy went above and beyond to carry our bags to the third floor. The shuttle service to the airport was fast and easy, making it convenient for travelers. Additionally, there were a few restaurants nearby and a market with good food in the evening.

Some maintenance issues were present, but overall everything was okay.

The hotel had a charming style, blending boutique and standard elements. I loved the vibrant flower wallpaper in my room and the view of the nearby temple from my balcony. The traditional wooden house near the pool added a nice touch. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near a lively Thai night market with delicious food.

As for the negatives, the pool was a bit small and the mattress was extremely firm. Additionally, there were some communication issues regarding airport pickup, but luckily I received assistance from a friendly staff member at the Thai Tourism Authority desk.

The location was not convenient at all. the transfer service was slow and limited and the surrounding area was noisy and chaotic.

We loved the convenient location of Orchid Resort, perfect for an overnight stay before catching our flight. The local market within walking distance was a great spot to grab some delicious Thai fruit and street food, as well as shop for clothes. The cheap airport transfer every 30 minutes made our journey to the airport hassle-free.

We had a great stay at a hotel in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the night market and plenty of food options nearby. the room had everything we needed, although the wi-fi connection was really bad. the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. the shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent, and we were even provided with an early breakfast. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit.
