The hotel is strategically located, making it convenient for first-timers like us to explore the city. Its proximity to the taxi boat was a major plus, making transportation a breeze. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped with amenities like a hot water boiler and fridge. The staff was awesome, providing excellent service throughout our stay. And the breakfast was not only tasty but also offered a good variety of options.

Our stay at Oriental Heritage Residence was worth every penny. The room was clean, spacious, and provided a luxurious retreat after a long day out exploring. The location was ideal, with easy access to the pier for boat rides to popular attractions like Wat Arun and Wat Pho, as well as being within walking distance of vibrant Chinatown. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were always ready to help.

The food for breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is near the French embassy and close to the shopping district of Siam with the sky train. Additionally, it is reasonably close to the metro, providing good links to most of Bangkok.

There were some issues with the air conditioning in the room. It was located directly above the bed, making it too cold to keep on all night.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at a beautiful boutique hotel in Bangkok. The elegant decor and impeccable cleanliness of the rooms exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for accessing the Oriental pier and catching river ferries to the Grand Palace and other tourist attractions. The reception staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, even greeting us at 3 am upon our arrival. We also appreciated the daily replenishment of sealed glass water bottles. we highly recommend this hotel for its elegant ambiance, convenient location, and friendly staff.

This hotel is a great surprise! its location is perfect – in a calm area, rather far from the center but close to the river. Secondly, the staff is amazing – very friendly and supportive. Thirdly, the rooms on the top floor with comfortable beds and necessary amenities are beautifully furnished. Lastly, the breakfast is enjoyable and has some great options.

Had an amazing Xmas stay! Loved the free cocktails served by the hotel bar staff. the hotel's prime location made it so easy for us to walk around and explore the city, with great shopping and dining options just a stone's throw away. the staff team were very accommodating and made us feel at home.

The internet speed was quite slow, which made it difficult to browse and connect online. the absence of a shower room after check out was a bit of a bummer, as we didn't want to leave sweaty and sticky after a glorious Xmas day out on the town.
