I had a fantastic stay at a very friendly family hotel. Pacific Inn was amazing! They provided helpful tips for my trip to Koh Lanta and knew all the best food markets. the rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were much softer than what I'm used to in Thailand. the owners were truly lovely, always wearing smiles and going above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. the location was convenient, with 7-eleven and many restaurants just a one-minute walk away.

There was even a 7-11 and ATM close by for convenience. One of the highlights was the owner's son, 'Pop', who provided excellent directions, arranged travel discounts, and even set up a table and chairs for me to enjoy in the evenings. I highly recommend this place!

I got great value for my money at Pacific Inn in Phuket. The room was basic but comfortable, with reliable Wifi and a spacious layout. The location was superb, with a 7 eleven and Robinsons shopping complex nearby, as well as 5 halal food stalls. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, pointing out nearby amenities and going above and beyond to assist me. The owner was especially amazing, suggesting online payment options and accommodating my early arrival by getting me into my room ahead of schedule. He even upgraded me to a room with a window and provided helpful advice for getting to the airport. The level of customer service was exceptional.

The shower area in the bathroom was a bit small and the water pressure was low. there was no elevator in the hotel, which could be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage.

It was cleaned daily to an excellent standard. the owners were a welcoming, kind, and helpful family. the staff was wonderful, always taking the time to chat and provide recommendations for the best places to visit. They even organized our ferry and transfer for a great price. the air conditioning was incredible. it was a great experience and I will definitely return in the future.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

We stayed one night before heading to Phi Phi Island. Despite our late arrival at 2 am, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The location is perfect, just 10 minutes by tuk tuk to the pier. Our room was clean and comfortable, with great air conditioning and WiFi. It was also very quiet at night. The host, Pop, was friendly and gave us great recommendations. The hotel is near a big mall, local markets, and restaurants. it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it.
